The 87th Annual Chamber Banquet was held Jan. 25 at Black River Coliseum. The Greater Poplar Bluff Area Chamber of Commerce announced its Citizen of the Year awardee, honored program graduates, passed the torch to a new chairwoman and raffled off prizes.
