Betty Jane (Janie) Craft , 77, of Qulin, Missouri, died Friday, Sept. 20, 2024 at Corning Therapy and Living Center, in Corning, Arkansas.
Mrs. Craft was born Sunday, Sept. 29, 1946 in Piggott, Arkansas, daughter of the late William Dillon and Jesse Lena Little.
She was a member of the Church of Christ in Qulin. She had been a rural postal Carrier for 40 years before retiring. Mrs. Craft was an artist and had artwork exhibited at Three Rivers College. She enjoyed flower gardening and also loved going to the beach.
She was married to Wendell Craft. He preceded her in death Nov.19, 2021. She is survived by one grandson, Tyler Craft (Adam) of Kansas City, Missouri; one sister, Linda Nossett of Corning; one granddaughter-in-law, Sheila Craft of Qulin: and two great-grandchildren, Bentlee and Bristol Craft.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by one son, Quentin Lee Craft; one grandson, Keaton Craft; nine brothers, Johnny, Joe, Owen, Lonnie, Marshall, Jerry, Jackie, Bill and Jim Little; and four sisters, Mary Huskey, Birdie Mae Swindle, Imogene Burns and Alice Matthew.
Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2024 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Qulin. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Wayne Curry officiating. Burial will be in the Qulin Cemetery.
