Chience Booker, 24, of Malden was arrested on Channon Drive at 12:13 a.m. Monday, June 10 on a Dunklin County warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense (bond $25) and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense (bond $400). Booker was lodged in the Butler County jail.

At 12:43 p.m. Monday, June 10, Gregory West reported a burglary in the 300 block of North D Street. The case is under investigation.

Jennifer Summers, 45, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 1 p.m. Monday, June 10, during a burglary investigation on North D Street. Summers was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and lodged in the Butler County jail.

At 1:59 p.m. Monday, June 10, LeShana Griffin reported one of her vehicle windows was broken out while it was parked at the Dollar General Store on East Pine Street.

At 2:23 p.m. Monday, June 10, Adam Barks reported two locks were stolen from the back of his trailer while he was stopped at a traffic light on Pine Street. The suspect was identified and the property was returned to Barks. The case was referred to the Butler County Prosecutor.

At 6:17 p.m. Monday, June 10, William Harty reported the theft of his wallet at Bee Hive Liquor. Harty’s wallet was recovered but the money in his wallet was not. The case is under investigation.

At 8:01 p.m. Monday, June 10, a 2001 Ford truck was towed during a traffic stop on South Broadway Street after it was determined the vehicle was not insured. The driver was issued traffic tickets and released at the scene.

At 10:43 p.m., Monday, June 10, an employee of the Walmart Supercenter on South Westwood Boulevard reported a shoplifting. The suspect was issued a summons.
