Sherry Brown

A memorial service for Sherry Ann Brown, 78, will be held from 8 -10 a.m. July 5 at Ashhill General Baptist Church. Refreshments will follow at the Hampton Inn in Poplar Bluff

Mrs. Brown of Florence, Alabama, was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother,. She passed away at her residence April 9, 2024. She was surrounded by her immediate family in her final hours.

Sherry (Nicholson) and Paul were high school sweethearts. They both received their diplomas in 1963, side by side. On Oct. 17, 1964, they were married, side by side. They have remained side by side and because of their faith in our Lord and savior Jesus Christ, they will be reunited in eternity, side by side.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Buck and Vera Nicholson and her brother Gary Nicholson, all of Fisk.
