Charles Coker, 47, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 8:31 a.m. Friday, May 31, on South Sixth Street. Coker was booked on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear on stealing a motor vehicle (no bond) and lodged in the Butler County jail.
