Brett Hall, 40, of Poplar Bluff and Amanda Gann, 42, of Poplar Bluff were arrested at 11:34 p.m. Monday, May 6, during a traffic stop at Kerr’s Express. Hall was booked on a Probation and Parole warrant for a parole violation/absconder (no bond) and for the charge of resisting arrest. Gann was booked for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hall and Gann were lodged in the Butler County jail.
