High school students from Poplar Bluff, Dexter, Neelyville, Malden, Bernie, East Carter and Greenville participated this year. An extra category this year was the Total Eclipse Special Award since the show ran with eclipse festivities.

MHAM’s next show is the 4-H Animal Art exhibit, which opens with a reception and ice cream social from 6-8 p.m. May 2. Following that is the work of fiber artist Christine Ilewski exhibiting from May 7-June 30. Registration is open for the AWA Art for Animals community art show and charity auction, July 5-26.
