• Resignations (effective end of 2023-2024 contract unless otherwise noted): Jose Cantu, third grade teacher at Eugene Field Elementary; Jennifer Edwards, fourth grade teacher at the middle school, not returning from 23/24 leave of absence; Steven Edwards, social studies teacher at the high school, not accepting position previously offered; Heather Garner, special education teacher at Lake Road Elementary: Alexa Hughes, first grade teacher at Eugene Field Elementary; Susan Jarrell, math teacher at the junior high; Cheri Sparkman, second grade teacher at Eugene Field Elementary; Brianna Jones, social studies teacher at the junior high (end of contract) and varsity cheer coach at the high school, effective April 10; Casey Jones, teacher at the kindergarten center; Joan Lack, physical education teacher and assistant softball coach at the high school; Melanie Shalk, fourth grade basketball coordinator at the middle school; and Baily Stevenson, language arts teacher at the high school.
