An employee of Save A Lot at 451 Hwy 53 reported at 10:34 a.m. on Tuesday, March 13, two females shoplifted from the business. There was a video of the incident.

The manager of the AT&T Store at 1210 N. Westwood Blvd. reported at 10:57 a.m. on Tuesday, March 13, threats had been made to employees at the business.

A property item was turned in at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, March 13, at the Black River Coliseum, 301 S. Fifth St. The item was turned over to an officer and it was placed in evidence until the owner could be notified.

Alan Whitmer, 46, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 12:16 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13, during a shoplifting investigation at Walmart Supercenter, 333 S. Westwood Blvd. Whitmer was booked on the charge of stealing and lodged in the Butler County jail.

Joe Joiner reported at 3:11 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13, that his trailer was stolen from the 900 block of Mulberry Street.

An employee of the Poplar Bluff Housing Authority, 302 N. E St., reported at 3:34 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13, there was damage to a fence in the 1900 block of Iowa Avenue.

Officers responded at 6:50 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13, to a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Hampton Court.

Officers responded at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13, to a domestic assault in the 900 block of Fairmount Street. Charges have been requested on the suspect.

Officers responded at 10:23 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13, to the 2100 block of Autumn Road for a domestic disturbance.

Jordan Featherston, 32, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 12:29 a.m. on Wednesday, March 14, during a traffic stop on Sutton Street. Featherston was booked on a Pulaski County, Arkansas warrant for larceny (no bond) and lodged in the Butler County jail.

Jeremiah Lockhart, 30, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 14, on Spring Street. Lockhart was booked on a Butler County warrant for failure to appear on property damage (bond $2,500) and a Poplar Bluff warrant for failure to appear on fraudulent use of a credit device (bond $500), and lodged in the Butler County jail.
