Stevie Kara, no age or address provided, was arrested on Sunday, March 10 for driving while intoxicated. An officer observed Kara’s vehicle parked and running in a parking lot against a curb. While speaking with her, the officer smelt a strong odor of alcohol. Kara declined to perform the standardized field sobriety tests for the officer. She was processed and lodged in the Butler County Justice Center.

Officers were dispatched on Sunday, March 10, to the 500 block of Karen Drive in reference to property damage. The victim reported tires were cut on their vehicle and the window tint was scratched. A suspect was named and the investigation is ongoing.

Dustin Sykes, no age or address given, was arrested on Sunday, March 10 in the 600 block of Cleveland Avenue on a Poplar Bluff municipal warrant. Officers were responding to a theft of utilities and made contact with Sykes upon arrival. He was taken into custody and lodged in the Butler County jail.
