Trinity Bollinger reported at 10:50 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, she was attacked by several adult acquaintances at McLane Park. As Bollinger fled the scene, one of the suspects broke a window out of her vehicle.

An employee with the Probation and Parole Community Supervision Center reported at 12:13 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, a resident brought a vaping device, which is contraband, into the facility in violation of state law.

An employee at Poplar Bluff Junior High School reported at 2:55 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, a juvenile female student attacked another juvenile female student inside the school. The juvenile suspect was taken to the juvenile office and released to their custody.

A 2010 Honda motorcycle stolen in Indiana in 2019 was found abandoned at 4:41 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, at a vacant residence in the 600 block of Lindsay Street. The motorcycle was impounded and towed from the scene.

Aubrie Passley reported at 4:39 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, her child was assaulted by another child in the 400 block of North G Street. The matter was referred to the juvenile office.

Jason Girard, 52, of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested at 5:18 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, at Taco Bell at 108 S. Westwood Blvd. Girard was booked on charges of trespassing and resisting arrest and held at the Butler County jail.

Alisha Keirns, 22, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, during the investigation of a theft at Greg’s Auto Sales at 943 S. Westwood Blvd. Keirns was booked on charges of stealing and harassment and held at the Butler County jail.

A tan 1997 Chevrolet pickup was towed from a traffic stop at 9:38 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, on Mill Street after it was determined the vehicle was not insured. Driver Michael Zuniga, 19, of Poplar Bluff was issued traffic citations and released at the scene.

Kenneth McGowan, 54, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 1:25 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, during a traffic stop on Washington Street. McGowan was booked on a Ripley County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and held at the Butler County jail.

Lynda Presley, 30, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 2:28 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, during a traffic stop on North Westwood Boulevard. Presley was booked on a Ripley County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and held at the Butler County jail.

A red 2014 Ford Escape reported stolen Gulf Shores Alabama was found abandoned at 5 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, at a residence in the 1200 block of Garfield Street. The vehicle was impounded and towed from the scene.
