Tony R. Barrera, 35, of Tuscola, Texas was arrested at 9:11 p.m. Friday, Nov. 24, in Wayne County on suspicion of DWI (alcohol). He was released.

Two women sustained minor injuries in a three-vehicle accident at 4:25 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 25, on Highway 67 in Neelyville.
According to the report, Theresa K. Joyner, 61, of Wellston was operating a 2018 Nissan Armada southbound when it attempted to pass a 2017 Volvo tractor truck operated by Suhbija Gledovic, 64, of St. Louis, resulting in Joyner’s vehicle striking a northbound 2022 Volvo tractor truck operated by Andjey M. Dmohovski, 38, of Champaign, Illinois. Joyner’s vehicle then struck Gledovic’s vehicle.
Joyner and a passenger in her vehicle, Deshonda L. Penn, 42, of Sugarland, Texas, were transported by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Roger D. Carnell, 70, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 11:59 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 25, in New Madrid County on a Mississippi County felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a Mississippi County misdemeanor warrant. He was booked at the Mississippi County jail.

Jarvis D. Raymond-Brown, 20, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 12:22 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 26, in Ripley County on suspicion of DWI (alcohol) and failure to drive on the right side of the road. He was booked at the Ripley County jail on a 12-hour hold.
