Joyce Walmsley, 37, of Poplar Bluff was booked at 8:40 a.m. Monday, Oct. 30, on a Poplar Bluff municipal warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense. Walmsley was unable to post bond, but she was released on her own recognizance.

An employee at Save-A-Lot at 451 Highway 53 reported at 9:59 a.m. Monday, Oct. 30, a black male stole merchandise from the store. A package of pigs feet was taken, according to reports. The theft was captured on video.

Jessica Brown reported at 1:25 p.m. Monday, Oct. 30, her boyfriend pushed her during a confrontation at their residence in the 1000 block of West Harper Street. No injury was reported and no charges were filed.

Lewis Robinson reported at 3:34 p.m. Monday, Oct. 30, someone broke into his residence in the 1900 block of Kentucky Avenue and stole a large quantity of cash, one-half pound of marijuana and seven handguns.

Officers responded at 7:56 p.m. Monday, Oct. 30, to a residence in the 1900 block of Fernwood Drive for a domestic disturbance. No injury was reported and one of the participants left the residence.

Terry Siegler reported at 10:14 p.m. Monday, Oct. 30, an adult female acquaintance stole power tools and electronic devices from his truck while it was parked at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center at 3100 Oak Grove Road.

A 41-year-old man sustained minor injuries in a two-vehicle accident at 6:55 a.m. Monday, Oct. 30, on U.S. Highway 62, three miles east of Malden.
According to the report, Danielle Olsen, 45, of Clarkton was operating a 2018 Nissan Rogue northbound when it failed to yield and was struck by a westbound 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix operated by Christopher L. Hoskins, 41, of Poplar Bluff.
Hoskins was taken by private vehicle to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
At 7:39 a.m., Olsen was arrested in New Madrid County on suspicion of felony DWI (drugs), no insurance and no seat belt. She was released.

Jennifer N. Hubble, 44, of Corning, Arkansas, was arrested at 3:43 p.m. Monday, Oct. 30, in Butler County on suspicion of misdemeanor DWI (drugs), misdemeanor resisting arrest by fleeing, no seat belt, failure to drive on the right side of the road and making a U-turn on a divided highway not at an intersection. She was released for medical treatment.

A 57-year-old man sustained moderate injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 9 p.m. Monday, Oct. 30, on Highway 142, one mile south of Poplar Bluff.
According to the report, Randy S. Crumley, 57, of Poplar Bluff was operating a 2005 Cadillac CTS northbound when it ran off the right side of the road, struck a mailbox and overturned.
Crumley was transported by EMS to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
9:22 p.m., Crumley was arrested in Butler County on suspicion of DWI (alcohol) and failure to drive on the right side of the road. He was released for medical treatment.
