James Foreman, 36, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 7:58 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22, at a residence in the 1100 block of North Main Street. Foreman was booked on a Probation and Parole warrant for parole violation and lodged in the Butler County jail.

Officers responded at 11:29 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, to a residence in the 2000 block of Woodhaven Road for a domestic disturbance. No injury was reported an no charges were filed.

Jillian Hernandez, 35, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 11:59 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, in the 1000 block of South Broadway. Hernandez was booked on Poplar Bluff municipal warrants for failure to appear on peace disturbance and traffic violations and released on bond.

Latoria Goodloe, 39, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 12:59 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, at her residence in the 2000 block of Arkansas Street. Goodloe was booked on Butler County warrants for forgery and lodged in the Butler County jail.

Gregory Thomas, 42, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 2:12 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, at his residence in the 1000 block of Tremont Street. Thomas was booked on charges of third-degree domestic assault degree and violation of a protection order.

Officers responded at 2:58 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, to Wiseman Beach for a report that a white male had exposed himself to another adult male. The victim left the scene before officer arrival, and the suspect denied any wrongdoing.

Thomasina Blackmon-Dunning, 42, of Poplar Bluff was booked at 6:32 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, on Poplar Bluff municipal warrants for failure to appear on traffic violations. Blackmon-Dunning was unable to post bond but she was released on her own recognizance.

Seinna Hill reported at 7:14 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, a package delivered to her residence in the 300 block of South Broadway had been stolen.

A gold Oldsmobile passenger vehicle was impounded and towed at 7:57 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, from a traffic stop on South Broadway after the driver failed to provide proof of insurance. The driver was issued traffic citations for no registration and no proof of insurance, and he was released at the scene.

Miles Palmer, 32, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 4:55 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, in the 200 block of North E Street. Palmer was booked on a Butler County warrant for dangerous drugs and lodged in the Butler County jail.

Justin Brennecke reported at 10:45 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, a dark colored Ford pickup struck his car while he was stopped at the intersection of Delano and Fair streets. The Ford pickup left the scene westbound on Delano Street.

An employee at Walmart Supercenter reported at 12:03 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, a scooter was stolen by a male subject.

Joshua Bardell, 20, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 2:01 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, in the 2900 block of North Westwood Boulevard. Bardell was booked on a Poplar Bluff municipal warrant for failure to appear on stealing and a charge of resisting arrest. He was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Officers responded at 2:37 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, to a report of shots fired in the 1100 block of Maud Street. Spent shell casings were found in the roadway, and surveillance video from a nearby residence captured what appeared to be the suspect. In the video, a red passenger car stops and two male subjects on foot approached the car. One of the males standing outside the car pointed a firearm into the air and fired several rounds before running west on Maud St. No injury or damage was reported. All three participants in the confrontation were identified and the investigation continues.

Officers responded at 4:52 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, to the intersection of East Pine and North C streets for a motor vehicle accident with injuries. The drivers of both vehicles suffered minor injuries from the accident.

Crystal Rulo reported at 5:45 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, that a male acquaintance confronted her in the 500 block of North Main Street and pushed her to the ground. The suspect left before the police were called.

A juvenile male reported at 7:05 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, he was assaulted during a confrontation on the parking lot at Menard’s at 3105 Oak Grove Road.

Heaven Johnson, 21, of Poplar Bluff was booked at 8:41 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, on Poplar Bluff municipal warrants for failure to appear on traffic offenses. Johnson was unable to post bond but she was released on her own recognizance.

An employee at Buffalo Wild Wings reported at 10:52 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, a customer paid for a carry-out order with a counterfeit bill.

Rollie C. Beebe, 66, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 11:32 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22, in Butler County on suspicion of DWI, speeding and no insurance. He was released.
