Debra Wright, 49, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 9:55 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6, at a residence in the 500 block of East Henry Street. Wright was booked on a Probation and Parole warrant for parole violation and lodged in the Butler County jail.

John Burns and Jimmy McCauley reported at 10:19 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6, a purse holding jewelry was stolen from their residence in the 1500 block of Big Eddy.

Jonathan Friend, 29, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 11:46 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6, on South Fifth Street. Friend was booked in on a Probation and Parole warrant for probation violation and lodged in the Butler County jail.

An employee at Ulta Beauty reported at 12:22 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6, a black female stole a large amount of merchandise and left the scene in a blue sport utility vehicle.

Trevor Woodson reported at 7:28 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6, the renewal stickers were stolen from both license plates on his truck while it was parked at Walmart at 333 S. Westwood Blvd.

Quinton Cook, 34, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 10:09 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6, at his residence in the 800 block of Vine Street. Cook was booked on charges of third-degree domestic assault and second-degree property damage and lodged in the Butler County jail.

Officers responded at 12:25 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, to Comfort Inn at 2582 N. Westwood Blvd. for a report of a fight. No injury was reported and no charges were filed.
