Julie McCranie reported at 9 a.m. Monday, Sept. 11, her boyfriend assaulted her and stole her cell phone from her residence in the 800 block of Ash Street. The suspect left the scene before the police were called.

Shelby Quillman, 32, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 12:51 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11, on 10th Street. Quillman was booked on a Butler County warrant for probation violation and lodged in the Butler County jail.

Bobbi Maclin, 36, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 5:49 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11, during a traffic stop on Shelby Road. Maclin was booked on a Butler County warrant for dangerous drugs and lodged in the Butler County jail.

Jeremy Arnold, 42, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 7:39 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11, during a traffic stop on Highway 53. Arnold was booked on a Poplar Bluff municipal warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense and lodged in the Butler County jail.

Jacqueline Holland reported at 10:52 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11, an adult male she met on social media brought her to Poplar Bluff and left her at a convenience store, taking her cell phone and other property with him.

Officers contacted three people discharging fireworks outside their residence at 11:09 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11, in the 800 block of Emma Street. They were warned it was unlawful to shoot fireworks inside city limits and they agreed to stop.
