Terri Whitten has been named as Century 21 American Realty Top Producer for the month of July.
Whitten has been selling real estate since 2009 and has been the Top Lister and Producer for the past five years with her former companies. She has earned Gold, Silver and Platinum Level Awards for the past eight years.
Her achievements include Top Producer in 2011, Top Lister for 2013, and Top Producer for 2016, and Top Lister and Producer for 2015 and 2017.
She has earned the GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) to assist buyers and sellers. Whitten received the 2019 Commitment to Excellence designation from the National Association of Realtors.
She is married to Dan Whitten, who is a retired registered nurse. Together they have one son, Dustin, and his wife, Meagan (Stucker), and their daughter, Kaylee May.

Natali Ketcherside has been named Top Lister for July at Century 21 American Realty.
Ketcherside has been a real estate agent for 18 years for Century 21. She was born and raised in Turkey and moved to Poplar Bluff in 1992. She attended Three Rivers College and received a business administration degree in 1997. Ketcherside has been the top producer for 2017, 2018 and 2020. She has earned Gold, Silver and Platinum level awards for the past 18 years.
Ketcherside is a member of the Three Rivers Board of Realtors, Missouri National Association of Realtors and member of the Great Poplar Bluff Area Chamber of Commerce.
