An employee at Petco at 757 N. Westwood Blvd. reported at 1:21 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1, a black male stole five bags of dog food.

Cody Cochran, 33, of Fairdealing was arrested at 1:56 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1, at Academy Sports at 3095 Oak Grove Road. Cochran was booked on a charge of stealing and released pending review by the prosecutor.

Repolia Robinson, 25, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 3:39 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1, at 209 S. Main St. Robinson was booked on a charge of trespassing and lodged in the Butler County jail.

Miranda Stevens reported at 5:18 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1, her wallet was stolen by a white female after it was turned in at the courtesy desk at Walmart Neighborhood Market at 3001 Oak Grove Road.

Kelly Ferrell, 28, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 4:53 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1, on North E Street. Ferrell was booked on Butler County warrants for neglect of a child and probation violation. She was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Officers responded at 10:11 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1, to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 1700 block of Thomas Street. An adult female reported her boyfriend assaulted her, and he left the scene when she called the police.
