David R. Thornton, 51, of Fairmount, Illinois, was arrested at 6:17 p.m. Friday, Aug. 4, in Reynolds County on suspicion of DWI, no insurance, failure to signal and no seat belt. He was processed and released roadside.

Shelby D. Oliver, 28, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 6:19 p.m. Friday, Aug. 4, in Butler County on suspicion of felony child endangerment, misdemeanor DWI (alcohol) and speeding. He was released.

Matthew D. Russell, 38, of Fairdealing was arrested at 9:17 p.m. Friday, Aug. 4, on suspicion of misdemeanor DWI (drugs) and failure to drive on the right half of the road. He was released.

A 58-year-old man sustained minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 5:15 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 5 on U.S. 60, one mile east of Dudley.
According to the report, Rodolfo Caballero Jr., 58, of Edcouch, Texas, was operating a 2016 Kenworth eastbound when he lost control of the vehicle because of storm conditions and overturned in the road.
Caballero was transported by Stoddard County Ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Nicholas L. Niehaus, 32, of Irondale was arrested at 11:10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 5, in Reynolds County on suspicion of DWI, no insurance and failure to drive on the right half of the road. He was cited and released.

A 47-year-old sustained moderate injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 12:15 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 6, on County Road 540, six miles north of Poplar Bluff.
According to the report, Tony C. Burnham, 47, of Poplar Bluff was operating a 2004 Wildfire scooter eastbound when it swerved to miss an animal in the road and overturned.
Burnham was transported by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Amber M. Morris, 43, of Bunker was arrested at 12:23 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 6, in Reynolds County on suspicion of misdemeanor DWI, no insurance and failure to drive on the right half of the road. She was cited and released.

Mindy N. Rice, 21, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 7, in Butler County on suspicion of misdemeanor DWI (alcohol). She was released.

Andy R. Fausz, 42, of Dexter was arrested at 8:47 a.m. Monday, Aug. 7, in Dunklin County on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine, felony unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, speeding and no proof of insurance. He was booked at the Dunklin County jail on a 24-hour hold.
