Meronica A. Holt, 31, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 8:57 p.m. Friday, July 28, in Wayne County on a felony probation and parole warrant and on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine. She was booked at the Wayne County jail.

Mark W. Buller, 39, of Ellington was arrested at 1:59 a.m. Saturday, July 29, in Reynolds County on suspicion of DWI, driving while revoked, failure to register a vehicle and no seat belt. He was cited and released.

Michael J. Griggs, 46, of Arnold was arrested at 1:08 a.m Sunday, July 30, in Reynolds County on suspicion of DWI, failure to maintain lane and speeding. He was cited and released.

Lawrence E. Bailey Jr., 63, of Wappapello was arrested at 9:28 p.m. Saturday, July 29, in Wayne County on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine and hydrocodone. He was booked at the Wayne County jail on a 24-hour hold.

Kendyl H. Sifford, 18, of Sikeston was arrested at 10:07 a.m. Sunday, July 30, in Stoddard County on suspicion of being a minor visibly intoxicated and no valid license. She was released.

A 43-year-old woman sustained minor injuries in a two-vehicle accident at 12:56 a.m. Sunday, July 30, on Highway 25 south of Dunklin County Road 320, near Clarkton.

According to the report, Cesar Flores-Ayala, 61, of Kennett was operating a 2006 Dodge truck southbound as it tried to overtake a southbound 2010 Ford F-150 operated by Ernesto Gallegos, 42, of Holcomb. Gallegos’ vehicle crossed the centerline and struck the Dodge.

A passenger in Flores-Ayala’s truck, Dora E. Martinez de Flores, 43, sustained minor injuries and was transported by ambulance to Piggott Community Hospital.

Bobby J. Luttrell, 69, of Steele was arrested at 1 p.m. Monday, July 31, in Dunklin County on suspicion of felony aggravated DWI, failure to drive on the right side of the road and failure to stop at a stop sign. He was booked at the Dunklin County jail on a 24-hour hold.
