Christopher Robinson, 22, of Malden, was arrested at 6:21 a.m. on Tuesday, July 5, in the lobby of the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center Emergency Room. Robinson was booked on a charge of third-degree domestic assault and was lodged in the Butler County jail.

An employee at Empire Comfort Systems at 2450 S. 11th St. reported at 11:56 a.m. on Tuesday, July 5, metal shelving was stolen from behind their building. The theft was caught on surveillance video, and the shelves were recovered in Wayne County.

Gao Liang and Sun Zhongyong reported at 12:11 p.m. on Tuesday, July 5, someone broke windows out of their vehicles while they were parked in the driveway of their residence in the 1900 block of Wilson St.

Aijalon Marshall, 18, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 6:57 p.m. on Tuesday, July 5, at Huck’s Convenience Store at 703 N. Westwood Blvd. Marshall was booked on a federal warrant for a weapon offense and was lodged in the Butler County jail.

At 7:38 p.m. on Tuesday, July 5, Roy Warner reported that an adult male houseguest he knew only as ‘Matt’ threatened to kill him during a confrontation at Warner’s residence in the 1200 block of Fairmount St. Matt left the scene when Warner told him he called the police.

Dawn Wahby, 53, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 10:01 p.m. on Tuesday, July 5, during a traffic stop in the 600 block of W. Victor St. Wahby was booked on charges of possession of amphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as Poplar Bluff municipal warrants for three counts of stealing and a traffic offense. She was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Officers responded at 10:54 p.m. on Tuesday, July 5, to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 1600 block of Garfield St. Both parties stated there had been an argument, but there was no violence or threat of violence, and no charges were filed.
