April Fowler, 38, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 9:21 a.m. Friday, July 14, at the Probation/Parole Community Supervision Center at 1441 Black River Industrial Park Road. Fowler was booked on a warrant for parole violation with no bond and was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Jared Mathias, 34, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 11:15 a.m. Friday, July 14, Minit Mart at 3949 Hwy 67 North. Mathias was booked on a Poplar Bluff municipal warrant for failure to appear on no insurance and was released on bond.

Jimmy Fuller reported at 3:36 p.m. Friday, July 14, that the license plates were stolen from his tan 2008 GMC Yukon while it was parked at his residence in the 600 block of Cedar Street.

Mark Vollet, 43, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 4:57 p.m. Friday, July 14, at his residence in the 2100 block of Wood Street. Vollet was booked on a charge of domestic assault 3rd degree and a Carlisle County warrant for probation violation with no bond. He was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Truman Aldridge reported at 6:45 p.m. Friday, July 14, that a white truck struck his vehicle on the lot at Break Time at 2940 N. Westwood Blvd. _____

Officers responded at 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 14, to a residence in the 900 block of Paradise Lane for a juvenile suffering a mental health crisis. The victim was taken by ambulance to the emergency room for evaluation.

Lareika Dudley, 32, of Poplar Bluff was booked at 9:41 p.m. Friday, July 14, on a Poplar Bluff municipal warrant for failure to appear on a nuisance violation with a $500 bond. Dudley was unable to post bond and was released on her own recognizance.

A group of young adults were detained at 10:13 p.m. Friday, July 14, in the parking lot at Menard’s at 3095 Oak Grove Road. The adult suspects were issued criminal summons for trespassing and released, while a juvenile suspect was released to a parent at the scene.

Officers responded at 4:30 a.m. Saturday, July 15, to Drury Inn at 2220 N. Westwood Blvd. for a report of an adult suffering a mental health crisis. The victim was released to a family member at the scene. An employee reported the victim damaged property in the lobby prior to officer arrival and a criminal summons for property damage was mailed to their home address.

Officers responded at 7:46 a.m. Saturday, July 15, to a domestic disturbance at an apartment at 445 N. Second St. No injury was reported and no charges were pressed.

Officers responded at 8:38 a.m. Saturday, July 15, to a residence in the 400 block of Arthur Street for a drug overdose. An officer administered Narcan and the victim was taken by ambulance to the emergency room.

Courtland Pentelton, 30, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 8:52 a.m. Saturday, July 15, at a residence in the 700 block of Lester Street. Pentleton was booked on a Poplar Bluff municipal warrant for failure to appear on a traffic violation with a $100 bond. Pentleton was unable to post bond and was released on his own recognizance.

Lisa Spencer, 57, of Poplar Bluff was given a citation at 2:13 p.m. Saturday, July 15, for dog at large after her dog was found running loose in the 1000 block of Apple Street.

William Greenwood reported at 2:58 p.m. Saturday, July 15, that someone passed stolen checks stolen from his residence in the 1400 block of West Spring Street.

Jack Rogers, 44, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 8:43 p.m. Saturday, July 15, at his residence in the 1500 block of Lurlyn Street. Rogers was booked on a charge of second degree domestic assault and was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Officers responded to the intersection of Garfield at Harper Street at 9:40 p.m. on Saturday, July 15, for a report of shots fired from a vehicle. No injury or damage was reported.

A black 2015 Jaquar passenger vehicle was found abandoned at 10:01 p.m. Saturday, July 15, blocking Lois Street at North Eighth Street. The vehicle was impounded and towed from the scene.

Officers responded at 12:23 a.m. Sunday, July 16, to a disturbance outside a residence in the 1500 block of Truman Street. Carl Markham reported two juveniles threatened him and tried to steal his bicycle as he rode home, then chased him home. The juveniles’ family members came to the residence and threatened Markham. The matter was referred to the Butler County Prosecutor and the juvenile office.

Officers responded at 7:31 a.m. Sunday, July 16, to the U.S. Post Office for an adult male suffering a mental health crisis. The victim was taken to the emergency room for an evaluation.

Jennifer Wagnon, 62, of Poplar Bluff was detained at 9:59 a.m. on Sunday, July 16, at Walmart Supercenter at 333 S. Westwood Blvd. Wagnon was issued a citation for stealing and was released at the scene.

Justice Lewis reported at 5:52 p.m. Sunday, July 16, a pistol was stolen from her car while it was parked at Walmart Supercenter at 333 S. Westwood Blvd.

Mercedes Hayes reported at 6:57 p.m. Sunday, July 16, she was bitten by a dog at a residence in the 700 block of North 10th Street.

An employee at Poplar Bluff High School reported at 8:15 p.m. Sunday, July 16, fence panels were stolen from the campus.
