Joseph Nichols, 40, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 7:33 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, during a traffic stop on North Second Street. Nichols was booked in on Poplar Bluff Municipal warrants for failure to appear on traffic offenses. Nichols was unable to post bond and he was released on his own recognizance.
