Maggie Draper reported at 11:18 a.m. Monday, April 10, that her car was damaged while she was in Poplar Bluff on Sunday, April 9. According to the report, Draper noticed the damage when she arrived home later that day.

Susan Wells reported at 5:37 p.m. Sunday, April 9, the rear window of her car was broken while it was parked on the lot at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center at 2620 N. Westwood Blvd.

Officers responded at 5:42 a.m. Monday, April 10, to a residence in the 600 block of Cherry Street for an assault. An adult female said an adult female acquaintance struck her repeatedly with a metal pipe. The victim was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center by ambulance.

Officers responded at 6:55 p.m. Monday, April 10, to a residence in the 200 block of West Midland Street for a domestic disturbance. Both parties reported minor injuries, but neither wanted to press charges.

Nathan Harris was arrested at 8:39 p.m. Monday, April 10, during a traffic stop on North Grand Avenue. Harris was booked in on a charge of violation of a protection order and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Letraca Skaggs, 23, of Waterloo, Illinois, was booked at 9:57 p.m. Monday, April 10, in at the front desk of the police department on Poplar Bluff municipal warrants for failure to appear on charges of possession of marijuana and no proof of insurance. She was released on bond.

Christina Payne reported at 11:43 p.m. Tuesday, April 11, her cell phone was stolen while she was working at Oakdale Assisted Living at 2702 Debbie Lane.

Haley Smith, 27, of Poplar Bluff was booked at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday, April 11, at the police department on a Poplar Bluff municipal warrant for failure to appear on shoplifting with a $250 bond. Smith was unable to post bond and she was released on her own recognizance.
