__Poplar Bluff Police Department__
An employee of Poplar Bluff High School reported at 8:51 a.m. Jan. 27, a THC vaping device was found in the possession of a student. The vaping device was seized and the matter was referred to the Juvenile Office.

Chris Degaris reported at 9:19 a.m. Jan. 27, tools were stolen from a shed on his property in the 2000 block of Fair Street.

Misty Williams, 37, of Bernie, was arrested at 12:04 p.m. Jan. 27, at Walmart Supercenter at 333 S. Westwood Blvd. Williams was booked in on a charge of stealing over $750 and she was released pending review by the Prosecutor.

Caitlyn Hood, 35, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 27, at Mike’s Resale at 1015 E. Harper St. Hood was booked in on a Ripley County warrant for failure to appear on forgery with a $10,000 cash only bond and Poplar Bluff municipal warrants for failure to appear on traffic offenses and assault with a $300 bond and she was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Amber Sallee 24, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 9:12 p.m. Jan. 27, in the 600 block of Park Street. Sallee was booked in on a Butler County warrant for probation violation with a $20,000 cash only bond and Poplar Bluff municipal warrants for failure to appear on stealing and traffic offenses with a $200 bond and she was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Officers responded to a reported drug overdose at 11:46 p.m. Jan 27, at a residence in the 600 block of Cherry Street. The victim was transported by ambulance to the hospital.

Carlanda Richardson, 46, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 3:36 a.m. Jan. 28, in the 600 block of Park Street. Richardson was booked in on a probation/parole warrant for parole violation with no bond and Poplar Bluff municipal warrants for failure to appear on trespassing and illegal burning charges with a $200 bond. He was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Patrick Moore, 46, of Wappapello, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. Jan. 28, at Academy Sports at 3095 Oak Grove Rd. Moore was booked in on charges of stealing and possession of drug paraphernalia and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance at 10:32 a.m. Jan 28, at a residence in the 1000 block of Nooney Street. The parties involved said there had been no violence, and no charges were filed.

Leighannah Cochran, 23, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. Jan. 29, on the parking lot at 10 Box at 1301 Shelby Rd. Cochran was booked in on a Dexter municipal warrant for a traffic offense with a $172 cash only bond and she was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Robert Martin, 34, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested 4:48 p.m. Jan. 29 at his residence in the 600 block of West Victor Street. Martin was booked in on a charge of third degree domestic assault and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

An adult male reported at 9 p.m. Jan. 29, he was shot in the chest accidentally by a friend. The victim refused to answer any further questions.
