Area outdoors enthusiasts will gather Saturday for this week’s MAIN EVENT at the annual Southeast Missouri Sportsman’s Association Banquet.

This annual event is the primary fundraiser for the Kids Fish-N-Fun Day, an activity the group has supported for more than 20 years.

The banquet is open to everyone and the $8 tickets include a chicken dinner. It is being held at the American Legion, 2320 Kanell Blvd. There will also be family fun, entertainment and door prizes.
