An employee at Schenewerk’s U-Haul at 2225 South Westwood Blvd. reported at 9:30 a.m. March 2, a U-Haul trailer which was reported stolen in Oklahoma was returned to their lot.

Amanda Young, 26, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. March 2, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center at 2620 N. Westwood Blvd. Young was booked in on a probation/parole warrant for probation violation with no bond and she was lodged in the Butler County jail.

George Roland reported at 2 p.m. March 2, a vehicle was struck while it was parked in the 800 block of Lester Street. The suspect vehicle, described as a black Ford Sport Trac, left the scene.

Officers responded at 4:38 p.m. March 2, to a residence in the 100 block of East Lexington Street for a domestic disturbance. An adult male and adult female reported an argument escalated to a fight, and that a car window was broken. Neither party reported injury and no charges were filed.

A motor vehicle pursuit began at 7:23 p.m. March 2, after officers tried to stop a blue Honda SUV on North Main Street. The pursuit was terminated due to high speeds and road conditions.
