__Poplar Bluff Police Department__
Katherine Lightner reported at 10 p.m. Dec. 4, her child’s stolen phone was located at a residence in the 200 block of East Midland Street. Officers spoke with the occupants and were able to recover the phone. On Dec. 8, Lightner said she wanted to press charges against the juveniles who had the phone. This matter was referred to the Butler County Juvenile Office.

David Kinder, 36, of Piedmont, was arrested at 12:45 p.m Dec. 8 at Kentucky Fried Chicken at 1211 N. Westwood Blvd. Kinder was booked in on a Butler County warrant for trespassing with a $2,500 bond and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Bryce Harley, 37, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 8:54 p.m. Dec. 8 at his residence in the 1900 block of Arkansas Street. Harley was booked in on Butler County warrants for animal abuse with no bond, violation of a court order with a $5,000 bond and failure to appear on a weapon offense with a $5,000 cash only bond and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.
