Anna Belle Duncan, 103, formerly of Harviell, Missouri, passed away Dec. 27, 2022, at St. Joe Manor in Bonne Terre, Missouri.
Anna was born on Nov. 1, 1919, to the late Wilbur and Kate Steed in Willard, Missouri. She married the love of her life M.E. Duncan on Nov. 5, 1936, in Bradford, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on March 4, 2001.
Anna was a housewife who enjoyed gardening and crocheting. She was a member of the Harviell Church of Christ.
She is survived by one daughter, Sheila (John) Gowen of Bonne Terre; three grandchildren, Duane (Debbie) Gowen of Bonne Terre, Robert (Maryann) Spradling of Naylor, Missouri, and Lori Spradling (Melvin) of Harviell; 10 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Annette Spradling; three grandchildren, Allen Spradling, Phillip Spradling, and David Spradling; one great-grandchild, Kandice (Spradling) Whitmer; one great-great-grandchild, Daniel DeWayne Spradling.
Visitation will be held from noon-1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023, at Cotrell Willow Ridge Funeral & Cremation Services. Funeral service will follow beginning at 1 p.m. with Brother Robert Spradling officiating. Burial will take place at Memorial Gardens Cemetery where she will be laid to rest next to her husband.
