Officers responded to a domestic disturbance at 12:50 p.m., Nov. 23 at a residence in the 1800 block of West Maud Street. No injury was reported, and no charges were filed.

Carter Crabtree, 19, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 2:16 p.m., Nov. 23 during a traffic stop on Oak Grove Road. Crabtree was booked in on a Doniphan municipal warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense with a $5,000 bond and a Butler County warrant for traffic violations with a $1,000 bond and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Suzanna Brown reported at 4:38 p.m., Nov. 23 a fraudulent charge was made using her debit card.

An employee at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center at 4:42 p.m., Nov. 23 surrendered drugs found on a patient at the hospital. _____
An employee at Commerce Bank at 1100 W. Pine St. reported at 4:09 p.m., Nov. 23 that a customer tried to pass a check on a closed account. Further investigation revealed the check was stolen during a burglary in Butler County.

Officers responded to a fight at 5:14 p.m., Nov. 23 between two children in the 2300 block of Tennessee Street. The children were separated and the matter was referred to the Juvenile Office.

Officers responded at 7:06 p.m., Nov. 23 to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 800 block of Franklin Street. An adult female was transported by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, and the investigation continues.

A juvenile female reported at 9:27 p.m., Nov. 23 she had been harassed by an ex-boyfriend. This matter was referred to the juvenile office.

A black Nissan Frontier was found at 8:45 a.m., Nov. 24 abandoned in the intersection of Fair Street at West Victor Street. Efforts to contact the registered owner failed, and it was impounded and towed from the scene.
