An employee at Poplar Bluff High School reported that on Nov. 4, a student assaulted another student in a classroom. A teacher intervened and separated the students. This matter was referred to the juvenile office.

A vehicle was towed from the scene of a traffic stop in the 1000 block of South Broadway at 11:02 a.m. Nov. 8, after it was determined the driver didn’t have a valid driver license, the vehicle had no insurance and it was not properly registered. Traffic citations were mailed to the driver.

An employee at Raben Tire at 2810 N. Westwood Blvd reported at 11:02 a.m. Nov. 8, catalytic converters were stolen from two vehicles parked on their lot.

Ricky Hillis, 42, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 9:13 p.m. Nov. 8, on Lois Street at North 12th St. Boyer was booked in on a charge of assault fourth degree on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest, and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Alexandria Morgan, 29, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 12:12 a.m. Nov. 9, during a traffic stop on North Westwood Boulevard. Morgan was booked in on Poplar Bluff Municipal warrants for code violations. She was unable to post bond and was released on her own recognizance.

Chris Bradley, 31, of Malden, was arrested at 4:18 a.m. Nov. 9, during a traffic stop on North Westwood Boulevard. Bradley was booked in on a probation/parole warrant for parole violation with no bond and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.
