Clifford Fay Brown, 77, of Buckeye, Arizona, passed away Oct. 16, 2022, in the Abrazo West campus Hospital at Goodyear, Arizona. Clifford Fay Brown, 77, of Buckeye, Arizona, passed away Oct. 16, 2022, in the Abrazo West campus Hospital at Goodyear, Arizona.

He was born March 11, 1945, at Naylor, Missouri, to the late George Fay Brown and Loretta “Kinkade” Brown.

On July 3, 1986, He was married to Zeta Inez Grissom at Doniphan, Missouri. She survives.

Also surviving are children; Candice Marshall and husband, Tom, of Corning, Arkansas, Keith Phelps and wife, Memory, of Goodyear, Arizona, Jamie Howell and husband, Wayne, of Sun City, Arizona and Bonnie Phelps of Columbia, Missouri. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren as well as one sister, Phyllis Guthrie, and one brother, Mike Brown and wife, Kim, all of Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

He is preceded by his parents, one brother, Don Brown, and one brother-in-law, David Guthrie.

Clifford worked as a lineman for the electric company. He enjoyed watching westerns and working in the yard.

Visitation will at 11 a.m. till 12:30 p.m., Monday, Oct. 24, 2022 in the Fowler and Sons Funeral Home at Neelyville, Missouri, with a graveside service following at 1 p.m. in the Naylor Memorial Cemetery.
