A juvenile female was arrested at 12:33 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7, after she broke the windows out of a family member’s vehicle on North 10th Street. The juvenile threw rocks at a patrol car, and she resisted efforts to handcuff her. A marijuana vaping device was found on her person. The Juvenile Office was notified and ordered the juvenile be released.
