The We Can Be Drug Free Coalition presented $500 checks to elementary schools in Poplar Bluff as an implementation stipend for the Peacebuilders curriculumn. Peacebuilders is an evidence-based program helping kids process their emotions in constructive ways, and has been shown to decrease the likelihood of youth substance use.
