Thomasina Dunning, 41, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 8:56 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, at the Probation/Parole Community Supervision Center, 1441 Industrial Park Rd. on a Butler County warrant for probation violation. She was lodged in the Butler County J]jail.

Louis Arington reported at 1:27 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, a pistol was stolen from his property in the 1900 block of Garfield Street.

Officers responded at 2:20 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, to a residence in the 1900 block of Wilson Street for a report of a domestic dispute. Both parties had separated before calling the police, and neither wanted to press charges.

Ricky Shoumake, 61, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, during the investigation of a motor vehicle accident on Highway 53. Shoumake was booked in on a charge of driving while intoxicated and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

An employee at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center Behavioral Health, 2620 North Westwood Blvd., at 4:35 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, found a small quantity of suspected drugs in a patient’s linens. The drugs were seized and placed into evidence for destruction.

Lewis Robinson reported at 6:16 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, he was bitten by a dog on West Henry Street.

Ryan Sperling reported at 6:22 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, acquaintance threatened him with physical violence over the phone.

Justin Skaggs, 33, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, at the Probation/Parole Community Supervision Center, 1441 Black River Industrial Park Rd. on a probation/parole warrant for parole violation. He was booked in the Butler County jail.

Sandra Johnson, 31, of Poplar Bluff was issued traffic citations for driving while revoked or suspended, no insurance, and running a red light at 7:22 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5. Johnson’s vehicle was impounded and towed and Johnson was released at the scene.

Officers responded at 8:17 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, to a residence in the 300 block of Vaden street for a domestic disturbance. Both parties said there had been no violence, and they did not want to press charges.
