Vogler was booked in on Franklin County warrants for failure to appear on driving while revoked — felony, failure to appear on possession of amphetamine, failure to appear on driving while intoxicated, stealing, and traffic offenses; and an additional charge of felony resisting arrest. Vogler was booked into the Butler County jail.

Tyler Johnson, 28, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, during a traffic stop on West Maud Street at North 12th Street. Clayton Fischer (driver) was issued citations for improper registration and no insurance, and he was released at the scene. The vehicle was impounded and towed.
Johnson was booked on Poplar Bluff Municipal warrants for failure to appear on stealing, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no insurance. Johnson was unable to post bond and he was released on his own recognizance.

Officers responded to St. Anne’s Dining Hall, 825 West Vine St., at 1:51 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5 for a report a suspicious person was screaming and trying to open the front door. The person was found inside the building, naked; and his clothes were found in a dryer. The person was allowed to dress, and was released after a member of the church said they would not press criminal charges.
