Carson D. James, 18, of Sikeston was arrested at 1:35 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, in Stoddard County on suspicion of DWI (alcohol) and failure to drive on the right half of the road. He was released.

An 18-year-old man sustained minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 12:59 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 4, on County Road 142E-24, 10 miles east of Doniphan.

According to the report, Bryce A. Hurt, 18, of Doniphan was operating a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado southbound when it traveled off the right side of the road, overcorrected and struck a tree.

Hurt was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

At 3 a.m., Hurt was arrested in Ripley County on suspicion of DWI and no seat belt. He was released for medical treatment.

Tommy L. Goodman, 45, of Piedmont was arrested at 8:31 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 4, in Wayne County on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine and no seat belt and on a Wayne County misdemeanor warrant for receiving stolen property. He was booked at the Wayne County jail.

Robert W. Leath, 72, of Moberly was arrested at 8:57 a.m. Monday, Sept. 5, in Stoddard County on a Randolph County failure to appear warrant for sexual assault. He was booked at the Stoddard County jail.

Jordan C. Page, 53, of Springfield was arrested at 8:56 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, in Carter County on suspicion of DWI (alcohol) and failure to drive on the right side of the road. He was released.

Tyler R. Cleaver, 36, of Van Buren was arrested at 1:31 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 4, in Carter County on suspicion of DWI and failure to drive on the right side of the road. He was cited and released.

Randall T. Williams, 40, of New Athens, Illinois was arrested at 9:25 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 4, in Reynolds County on suspicion of misdemeanor DWI. He was released.

A 24-year-old woman sustained minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 7:47 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, on County Road K-5, one mile east of Highway K.

According to the report, Travis R. Tyler, 28, of Grandin was operating a 2003 Toyota Camry eastbound when it ran off the road and struck a ditch.

A passenger in Tyler’s vehicle, Gabrielle N. Nelson, 24, of Grandin, was taken via ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

A 43-year-old man sustained moderate injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 5:20 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, on County Road 533, seven miles north of Poplar Bluff.

According to the report, Neal Sullivan, 43, of Poplar Bluff was operating a 2012 Ford Fiesta westbound when a tree fell on the car.

Sullivan was transported by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

A 60-year-old man sustained moderate injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 3:40 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, on Highway 21, 10 miles south of Doniphan.

According to the report, Daniel G. McAlpin, 60, of Pocahontas, Arkansas was operating a 2005 Ford Freestar southbound when it ran off the right side of the road and struck an embankment.

McAlpin was transported by ambulance to St. Bernard’s Five Rivers Medical Center.

A 26-year-old man sustained minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 6:20 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, on the West Outer Road, four miles north of Poplar Bluff.

According to the report, Bradley A. Ward, 26, of Poplar Bluff was operating a 2017 Dodge Charger southbound when it ran off the right side of the road and struck a ditch.

Ward was transported by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

A 69-year-old man sustained moderate injuries in a two-vehicle accident at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, on Highway 53, one mile north of Qulin.

According to the report, Joshua J. Gordon, 45, of Qulin was operating a 2008 John Deere 8330 northbound when it attempted to make a left turn onto County Road 206 as a northbound 1994 Kawasaki ZG1000A operated by John J. Stitch, 69, of Topeka, Kansas was passing. Stith’s motorcycle then struck the John Deere in the southbound lane.

Stith was transported by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
