Amos Ray Moncier, 72, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri passed away Friday, Aug. 26, 2022, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
Amos was born Jan. 28, 1950, to Amos Eugene and Audrey (Williamson) Moncier in Paragould, Arkansas. He married Vickie Moore Dec. 12, 2015, in Poplar Bluff.
Amos was a member of the United States Army for around a decade. He was a proud truck driver and loved working on cars and trucks. He liked military tv shows, street outlaws, and history channel. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and boater. He pretty much enjoyed anything outdoors. Amos was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He always had good advice to offer.
Amos is survived by his wife, Vickie Moncier; son, Michael Ray Moncier; three stepsons, Paul, Christopher, and Charles Escue; five sisters, Kathy Moncier, Rosanna Moore, Lola McGill, Brenda Ostrander and Linda Hoffman; two grandsons, Dalton and Tristan Moncier; lifelong friend, Greg Browning
Amos was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Gary Moncier.
