MALDEN — A woman sits in the Dunklin County jail in relation to a motorcycle-vehicle crash Sunday that left a man dead.
Tawny D. Divietro, 45, of Malden is charged with the Class B felony of DWI resulting in the death of a non-passenger as a result of the crash.
According to a press release from the Malden Department of Public Safety, the crash occurred Sunday near State Highway J and Palo Verde Street in Malden.
The operator of the motorcycle, identified by other sources as 36-year-old Ben Kirkpatrick from Bernie, was transported to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center where he later died from his injuries.
Divietro is currently being held without bond at the Dunklin County jail. She was arraigned Tuesday.
