First State Bank Mortgage is pleased to announce the addition of Baxter Hoover to its mortgage lending team.
Hoover brings over 34 years of lending experience to his role as senior loan officer, where he will guide clients through the mortgage lending process helping them find the best loan program to meet their financial needs and homeownership dreams.

Hoover will primarily be serving the homeownership needs of residents in the Cape Girardeau and nearby communities, but he also has the ability to work with clients in all 50 states. First State Bank Mortgage offers a variety of loan products, including conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, jumbo and second home financing. In addition to experience in these areas, Hoover also specializes in assisting first-time home buyers, credit challenged borrowers, and clients needing down payment assistance.

The long-time Cape Girardeau resident and Sterling College graduate was born in Memphis, Tennessee, but grew up in Doniphan, starting at age five. Hoover and his wife, Sondra, appreciate being part of the Cape Girardeau community, where Hoover’s goal is to make the home buying process a stress-free experience for his clients.
