Emma Rae Papanicolaou (right) has been awarded the Poplar Bluff Fine Arts Club scholarship. She is a graduate of Poplar Bluff High School. Papanicolaou will attend the American musical & Dramatic Academy in New York and Los Angeles. She will major in Dance Theatre.
