Christine E. Raglin, 47, of Clubb was arrested at 2:22 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, in Wayne County on a Jefferson County warrant for endangering the welfare of a child. She was booked at the Wayne County jail.

A 22-year-old woman sustained minor injuries in a two-vehicle accident at 3:35 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, on Business 67, three miles south of Poplar Bluff.
According to the report, Mark A. Malone, 44, of Corning, Arkansas was operating a 1995 Ford F-150 southbound when it struck the rear of a southbound 2017 BMW X3 operated by Debbie E. Underwood, 43, of Poplar Bluff, then allegedly left the scene.
A passenger in Underwood’s vehicle, Harley Ringstaff, 22, of Poplar Bluff, was transported by private conveyance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Two people sustained moderate injuries in a two-vehicle accident at 9:15 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, on U.S. Highway 67, three miles south of Poplar Bluff.
According to the report, Alicia R. Kinder, 40, of Harviell was operating a 2011 Mazda CX-7 westbound when it failed to yield to a southbound 2016 Toyota Tacoma operated by Ashley M. Malkowski, 25, of Doniphan, resulting in Malkowski’s vehicle striking Kinder’s vehicle.
Kinder and Malkowski were transported via ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
At 9:42 p.m., Kinder was arrested in Butler County on suspicion of DWI with injuries, no seat belt and no insurance. She was released for medical treatment.

A 59-year-old man sustained minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 6:37 a.m. Thursday, April 21, on Highway AB, four miles west of Cape Girardeau.
According to the report, Kenny W. Davis, 59, of Dexter was operating a 2008 Chevrolet Impala eastbound when it ran off the right side of the road, striking trees and an embankment.
Davis was taken by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
