According to officials the Poplar Bluff Fire Department responded Monday morning at 6:45 to a structure fire at the corner of Barron Road and Shady Lane in Poplar Bluff. Firefighters were still on scene at 9:21 a.m. containing the blaze. Officials stated there were occupants inside the residence at the time of the fire but all safely exited the structure. No injuries were reported. The fire is under investigation.
