Firefighters responded at 1:45 a.m. Friday, Feb. 11, to a reported structure fire at 1319 Maud St. Unit C. It was investigation only.

Firefighters responded at 4:08 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 10, to a report of smoke in the area at 208 S. Westwood Blvd. It was investigation only.

Firefighters were dispatched at 2:58 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 10, to a reported structure fire at the 1221 Apple St. home owned by Devon Jones and occupied by Amber Koonkongzurp. Upon arrival, they found fire at the front door and heavy smoke coming out of the eaves. Firefighters used 1,000 gallons of water to put the fire out. The occupant reported having an ash bucket for cigarette butts on the front porch, and firefighters said all indications were that was where the fire started.

Keon T. Allen, 33, of St. Louis was booked Thursday, Feb. 10, at the Butler County jail on a writ of habeas corpus.

Brandon C. Gregory, 33, of the 2300 block of Perkins Street was booked Thursday, Feb. 10, at the Butler County jail on suspicion of two counts of failure to register as a sex offender and a warrant for violating an order of protection.

Rickey B. Holt, 43, of Bunker was booked Thursday, Feb. 10, at the Butler County jail on a writ of habeas corpus.

Alicia M. Luna, 28, of the 1800 block of Indiana Avenue was booked Thursday, Feb. 10, at the Butler County jail on suspicion of delivery of a controlled substance. She later was released.

Aaron McCoy, 30, of the 600 block of Cherry Street was booked Thursday, Feb. 10, at the Butler County jail on a warrant for stealing and two capias warrants for forgery.

William J. Oakes, 31, of the 400 block of Franklin Street was booked Thursday, Feb. 10, at the Butler County jail on suspicion of parole violation and on a warrant for third-degree assault.

Kaleb J. Park, 23, of the 3100 block of Warrior Lane was booked Thursday, Feb. 10, at the Butler County jail on a capias warrant for third-degree domestic assault.

Jason E. Payne, 46, of Chaffee was booked Thursday, Feb. 10, at the Butler County jail on suspicion of possession of marijuana. He later was released.

Jason A. Putman, 20, of Naylor was booked Thursday, Feb. 10, at the Butler County jail on a failure to appear warrant for peace disturbance.

MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL

Seth A. Luttrull, 24, of Puxico was arrested at 11:07 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 10, in Stoddard County on Stoddard County failure to appear warrants for felony stealing, taking wildlife from the roadway, taking wildlife by spotlight and excessive window tint, and on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, failure to register a motor vehicle and no seat belt. He was booked at the Stoddard County jail.

A 67-year-old man sustained moderate injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 11:43 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 10, on Highway 21, five miles north of Ellington.

According to the report, Richard A. Mattix, 67, of Nowata, Oklahoma was operating a 2005 Dodge Dakota northbound when it ran off the road and struck a tree and two ditches.

Mattix was transported by Reynolds County Ambulance to Iron County Memorial Hospital.

Ali M. Cornelius, 22, of Wappapello was arrested at 5:37 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 10, on suspicion of felony possession of marijuana and felony unlawful use of a weapon. She was booked at the Wayne County jail on a 24-hour hold.

Daniel L. Browning, 57, of Doniphan was arrested at 6:10 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 10 on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, no insurance and no seat belt. He was released.

Eric M. Sterling, 24, of Wappapello was arrested at 8:25 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 10, on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon, plus two Wayne County failure to appear warrants. He was booked at the Wayne County jail on a 24-hour hold.
