CORNING, Ark. — Pauline Milburn Pierce, 97, of Corning passed away Dec. 14, 2021 at Corning Therapy and Living Center.

Mrs. Pierce was a homemaker after she retired from Woods Department Store and Thomas Brother Hardware. She enjoyed traveling, working, singing, and attending Grace Missionary Baptist Church in Corning.

On Feb. 17, 1945, she married Albert Milburn. He preceded her in death Dec. 4, 2011. She later married Junior Pierce Dec. 14, 2013. He preceded her in death o July 5, 2015.

Survivors include her daughter, Dianna (John) Austin of Corning; sisters, Carolyn Matheney of Rector and Euvila Bland of Paragould; grandchildren, Kelly Joplin, Randy Milburn, and Kim McCollum; great-grandchildren Doug Hill, Thea Hill, Misty Hudson, and Shelby Cox; and great-great-grandchildren, Lexi, Katelyn, Devon, Jaiden, Gavin, Caleb and Destiny.

In addition to her husbands, she was also preceded in death by her son, Larry Milburn; parents, B. F. and Ona Cate; brothers, Arvil, Leon, Earl and Cecil Cate; and, sisters Imogene Milburn, Linda Welty, and Wanda Crossfield.

Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 18, 2021 at Ermert Funeral Home in Corning. Funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Josh Carver and Ernie Cate officiating. Burial will be at Post Oak Cemetery in McDougal.
