DEXTER, Mo. — Robert Paul Womack, 95, son of the late R.D. Womack and Beatrice Williams Womack, was born Nov. 18, 1926 in Dardanelle, Arkansas and departed this life on Dec. 10, 2021 at his residence in Dexter, Missouri.
Mr. Womack was a was a Veteran of the United States Army. He was a former forklift driver for Federal Mogul, and a resident of Dexter.
On March 3, 1973, in Bernie, Missouri he was united in marriage to Billie Cook. Mrs. Womack survives of their home in Dexter.
In addition to his wife, Billie, he is survived by one daughter, Debra Stoker and husband, Danny, of Dexter; one brother Louis Womack of Dexter; three grandchildren, Stacie Grummert and husband, Luke, of Dexter, April Ash and husband, Lance, of Sikeston, and Dustin Ogelvie and wife, Trisha, of Bernie; and by eight great – grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Dewey Womack; and four sisters, Velda Womack, Mary Hawks, Geraldine Broyles, and Ruth Williams.
Graveside services were conducted at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 13, 2021 with Rev. Joe Payne officiating.
