Saint Francis Clinic, which opened in May, will add seven pediatric providers Monday to its location at 225 Physicians Park Drive.
The doctors will be relocating from offices at Kneibert Clinic and the Northwest medical building on Barron Road, according to a press release from Saint Francis Healthcare.
When the clinic opened in May, Saint Francis officials said at that time they planned to first move primary care services to the location, then mental health providers and finally pediatric services.
The providers moving Monday include Shaun A. Ross, MD, and Lindsay McVey, FNP-BC, from Kneibert Clinic and all providers at Poplar Bluff Pediatrics - Dean Dye, MD; Martha Margreiter, MD; Claudia Preuschoff, MD; Debra Robertson, MD; and Amber Maples, FNP-BC.
At the new location, patients have access to extensive primary care and pediatric services, as well as onsite lab, imaging and walk-in urgent care services in a newly remodeled space, according to Saint Francis officials.
“Our pediatricians are long-standing providers in the Poplar Bluff community,” said Christy Shawan, vice president of Saint Francis Medical Partners operations – southwest. “We are pleased to bring the providers together in one convenient, and newly refinished, location.”
Saint Francis says it will continue to provide behavioral health services at Kneibert Clinic, located at 686 Lester St. in Poplar Bluff.
“This move is part of a series of larger projects to expand healthcare services to the communities we are called to serve,” said Dr. Maryann Reese, president and chief executive officer of Saint Francis. “These projects will create jobs and promote growth for southeast Missouri.”
