PUXICO, Mo. — Melissa Denene Wynkoop of Poplar Bluff, Missouri born to the late William and Lottie (Cantrell) Maddox Feb. 19, 1965 in Poplar Bluff passed away Oct. 17, 2021 in Poplar Bluff Missouri at the age of 56 years.
Melissa married Richard D. Wynkoop June 14, 2003 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was of the Christian Faith. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
Surviving Melissa is one son, Dustin Maddox of Qulin, Missouri; two daughters, Shawna Hemby of Puxico, Missouri and Kami Maddox of Poplar Bluff; five grandchildren, Josh Hemby, Landon Maddox, Jayden Hemby, Jalynn Credille and Trenton Maddox. A host of family and friends also survive.
Visitation will be from 5- 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22, 2021 at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico, Missouri. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 23, 2021 at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Chapel in Puxico. Interment will follow at the Rock Hill Cemetery in Puxico with Watkins and Sons Funeral Service of Puxico in charge of arrangements.
