Firefighters responded to a water flow alarm at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6, at 430 Vine Street. It was investigation only.

Firefighters responded to a water flow alarm at 11:16 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6, at Hobby Lobby, 715 N. Westwood Blvd. It was investigation only.

Firefighters responded at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6, to the Black River Coliseum, 301 S. Fifth Street, where a fire alarm was sounding. Nothing was found and the alarm was put into trouble mode until it could be repaired.

POPLAR BLUFF POLICE DEPARTMENT

Kelly Vinson, 35, Poplar Bluff was arrested at Ray Clinton Park on Wednesday, Oct. 6 on a Ripley County failure to appear warrant on a traffic offense. She was transported to the Butler County jail.

MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL

Dena K. Campbell, 54, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 2:06 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6, in Butler County on suspicion of DWI, driving the wrong direction on a divided highway, no insurance and no seatbelt. She was released to medical personnel.
