David Neal Logsdon Jr., age 53, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, died Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital, in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Mr. Logsdon was born May 28, 1968, in St. Louis, Missouri.
He was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and cooking. David also loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
On June 30, 1990, he married Rhonda Scott. She survives.
Also surviving are his parents, David Neal Logsdon Sr. and Helen Maxine Logsdon, of Poplar Bluff; two children, Kisha (Stefan) Gathing and Maura (Harold) White, all of Poplar Bluff; two sisters, Karen (Mark) Trout, of Piggott, Arkansas and Melinda Logsdon of Poplar Bluff; one brother, Rodger (Japheth) Logsdon, of Poplar Bluff; three grandchildren, Tavian, Luka and Lynnlee and oodles of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and lifelong friends.
He was preceded in death by two siblings, Tammy Faye and Kevin Dean.
Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. on Monday, August 2 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. Funeral services will follow at 2:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jim Schremp officiating. Burial will be at Brown Chapel Cemetery in Broseley, Missouri.
